Sometimes hummingbirds are too fast to get a good look at them, but this little hummer isn’t going anywhere! Sitting on top of a lovely cluster of lepidolite and tourmaline in quartz, this hummingbird is expertly carved from blue calcite and carnelian agate.

The bird sits securely in the base stone with pegs on the bottom of its feet, and can easily be lifted off the base. The stone is securely fixed to the acrylic stand, which has rubber feet to keep the base and your display surface protected from scratches.

This piece is an authentic Peter Muller gemstone bird carving. Each piece is hand carved from natural crystals and gemstones sourced from all over the world. The bases are hand-picked by Peter from tons of rough, including Brazilian tourmalines and quartz. Peter has decades of experience carving gemstones, and over the years has trained his workshop of artisans to become some of the best craftsmen in Brazil.
