Since then, several more masses have been found, with the most recent discovery of 227 kilograms in 2002, at the north end of the Brahin strewn field.

Brahin is a pallasite meteorite, with olivine crystals making up 37% of the weight of the meteorite. The strewn field is approximately 15 kilometers long and 3 kilometers wide, and was contaminated by the Chernobyl disaster in 1986. Meteorite specimens are safe, and not contaminated by radiation.
